Meanwhile, the organisation has developed significantly. An improvement culture has been established which enables the organisation to grow. In a 3-day EFQM Internal Assessor Training - provided by Improve4all - participants are acquainted with all aspects of the EFQM Excellence Model and the use of RADAR. Participants will be able to determine what strategic actions are needed and how to implement them. After that basically little outside support will be required.
Participants in steps 4, 5 and/or 6 can apply for an EFQM Recognised for Excellence (R4E) label. Depending on the assessment results, the R4E-label – which distinguishes between 3, 4 or 5 stars - can be granted. The label is valid for 2 years.
