Successful completion of step 3 with a Committed to Excellence recognition is a small milestone: the organisation has shown to be able to successfully implement improvements. Now is the time to lay the foundations to continuously optimise the organisation. In a two-day EFQM training Leaders for Excellence - provided by Improve4all - managers are trained how to work with the EFQM Business Excellence Matrix in their own organisation to do just that.
In step 4 participants can apply for an EFQM Recognised for Excellence (R4E) label. Depending on the assessment results, the R4E-label – which distinguishes between 3, 4 or 5 stars - can be granted. The label is valid for 2 years.
