Improvements require care and attention. Too much change at once can lead to organisational mayhem. Moreover, how do you do that? What do you do first and why? In the 2-day EFQM training Journey towards Excellence Improve4all provides the answers. The result: a chronologically coherent action plan for the next 9 to 12 months in which the expectations of the various stakeholder groups are embedded.
In addition, business leaders are taught how to perform the self-assessment within their own organisation. But who wants to analyse, must first analyse themselves. Leadership requires self-knowledge. Confrontational sometimes, but necessary: without self-reflection growth is not possible.
Participants can - if desired - in steps 1, 2 and / or 3 to apply for the EFQM Committed to Excellence (C2E) recognition. Depending on the level of improvement achieved over a period of 9 to 12 months, the C2E-label can be granted. The label is valid for 2 years.
